We want you to love what you ordered.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund—no hassle.

If you notice any issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible with details (photos help!). The sooner we know, the faster we can fix it.

Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The package may be returned to us

  • You’ll be responsible for the cost to reship it once the address is updated

Unclaimed Packages

If a package isn’t claimed and gets returned:

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping

If no billing method is available, the item may be donated without a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Face masks and other sealed goods

If returned, these items won’t be eligible for refunds or reshipping.

Changed Your Mind?

Because our products are made to order, we don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

However:

  • Size exchanges or returns can be offered at your discretion

  • Replacement items require placing a new order

Customers in Brazil

If you’re located in Brazil, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • You’ll need to provide a photo of the item

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for refunds

EU Customers

Under EU regulations, returns may not be accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sealed goods that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)

We reserve the right to decline such returns.
