Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors. Hooligan Tees is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If an issue is determined to be our error, we will cover the associated costs.
Returned items are handled through our fulfillment partner’s facility. Items that are unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipment fees or may not be eligible for reshipping. In some cases, unclaimed returns may be donated without refund.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Returns or exchanges for these reasons are at our discretion and may require the customer to place a new order at their own expense.
Certain items, including those that are personalized or not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, are non-refundable.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before returning any items to ensure proper handling of the request.
